Oh yeah, and this took almost 10 days to get those 2 email responses from them. Then after just having said it didn't work on Ventura, they told me how to install what they had just said would not work. Then they wrote back and told me it wouldn't work with Ventura but they were "working tirelessly" to update it. Then when it didn't work, they admitted it wouldn't work with Ventura. I contacted Dymo customer service and even after telling them I was using Ventura, they told me to install Dymo Connect. ![]()
